I have been working out at Retro Fitness for almost 3 years now; my trainer there (who recommended i take Pilates - the gym doesn't have any Pilates certified trainers or classes....) recently told me the amazing transformation she is seeing with me in terms of my form. Many things she has been working on forever she doesn't need to mention during the workout as i automatically do them correctly - a direct result of my Pilates training.
