Autumn received her BFA in Dance at Cornish College of the Arts. She is trained in ballet, modern, jazz, and tap, as well as creative movement and choreography. After graduation Autumn traveled through Central Europe attending Impusltanz and Tans im August. This inspired her to move to NYC where the art scene is always bubbling. As a strong believer in movement being a part of children’s lives, Autumn has worked with non-profits, within schools, and with students in private lessons. She finds there is nothing more important than getting kids moving, whether it be to fuel a serious passion, or just for fun after a day long day of sitting and studying. People, children especially, benefit both physically and mentally from moving their bodies, and it gets the creative juices flowing, too. The goal and challenge is to inspire that lifestyle.
Alongside Autumn's work as a dance instructor, she teaches fitness and movement classes to adults. After sustaining multiple injuries during her dance career, she has had to supplement her training in order to strengthen her own body to prevent and stabilize injuries. This has lead her to becoming a fitness enthusiast, with a strong desire to share her knowledge and passion with others. Autumn's classes focus on anatomical awareness while using your own body, as well as resistance bands to create long lean muscles and an overall healthier & stronger you.

A longtime mover through the mediums of dance and rock climbing, Talia believes yoga is present in all forms of movement. A yogi before a climber, she has come to realize the lessons learned through a yoga practice are directly applicable to the sport of rock climbing. One needs a steady, easy mind, a flowing breath, and a strong will to move with grace on the rock – not to mention a strong core and precise movement. All of which are essential foundations developed by practicing yoga.
An advocate of functional alignment as well as movement in accordance to the breath, Talia’s Vinyasa-style yoga classes are a place to move truthfully, intelligently, and creatively.
