Yoga
Yoga has been linked to increased concentration, focus and overall emotional wellbeing, so much so that yoga classes are mandatory in many schools around the world. Classes will incorporate music, storytelling and dynamic movements to make traditional yoga poses and breathing techniques accessible to children of all ages (as young as preschool). |

Zumba!
Zumbatomics (or Zumba for Kids) is a specially designed fitness program for children that incorporates movement, dance and games. Each Zumbatomic class is high-energy fitness instruction packed with specially choreographed, child-friendly routines prepared to accompany lively and upbeat music.

Hip hop, jazz, ballet and tap are just some of the options if you want your students to have a more structured fitness experience where then can learn how to move and groove from a professional.
Hip Hop
Hip Hop dance is a great way for kids to develop body awareness while learning impressive dance skills, breaking a sweat and having a great time! Every class will start out with a warm up and core strengthening and muscle isolation exercises to help train control over the body parts necessary to perform the dance moves. This will be followed by learning specific dance moves and putting everything together into a fun and expressive choreography.
Breakdancing:
Breakdance is a type of dance that originated as a subculture of hip hop. It originated in the early 1970s and has continued to evolve since then. Traditionally, dancers would only dance during "breaks" of certain funk songs. Breakdancing involves using different body movements such as arm movements, leg moments and spins and has a lot of acrobatic moves mixed in. There are 4 This class will teach the basic elements of breakdancing as well as specific skills and techniques. Skills are taught in a step by step manner and more advanced techniques are introduced as students gain mastery over preceding moves, making this class accessible to all levels.
